REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy - the basics

At Ri Clothing, each piece from our Nu Romantic Collection is handcrafted with artisanal precision. While we strive for perfection in every stitch, we understand that sometimes a garment may not meet your expectations.

1. No Refund Policy

Please note that Ri Clothing does not offer monetary refunds for any purchases. Once a transaction is completed, the sale is considered final in terms of cash liquidity.

2. The Exchange Experience

We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit if you are not entirely satisfied with your selection. If an item is eligible for return, you may:

  • Exchange for a different size of the same silhouette.

  • Select any other item(s) from our current collections to make up the total value of your original purchase.

  • Receive Store Credit in the form of a digital voucher, valid for 6 months, to be used for future "Nu Romantic" releases.

3. Eligibility for Exchange

To maintain the integrity of our luxury textiles (silk, organza, and delicate embroidery), items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for exchange:

  • Timeline: Requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your delivery.

  • Condition: The garment must be in its original, "editorial" condition—unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents, makeup stains, or alterations.

  • Tags & Packaging: All original Ri Clothing tags and protective dust bags must be intact and returned with the item.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-Tailored Pieces: Any garment made to specific measurements cannot be exchanged or credited.

  • Sale Items: Pieces purchased during a promotional event or "Archive Sale" are final.

5. Exchange Process (Within Bangladesh)

  1. Contact Us: Email our concierge at [Your Email] or message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and the reason for exchange.

  2. Inspection: Once the item is returned to our Dhaka studio, it will undergo a quality inspection.

  3. Credit Issuance: Upon approval, we will assist you in selecting your replacement items or issue your store credit. Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to our studio.
