SHIPPING POLICY

At Ri Clothing, we understand that receiving your "Nu Romantic" piece is an experience in itself. We take the utmost care in packaging our handcrafted garments to ensure they arrive in pristine, editorial condition.

1. Delivery Scope

Currently, Ri Clothing ships exclusively within Bangladesh. We are committed to bringing luxury to every corner of the nation, from the heart of Dhaka to the furthest districts.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer two primary shipping tiers based on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

• Processing Time: All orders undergo a quality check and are processed within 1–2 business days. During new collection launches (like Nu Romantic), please allow an additional 2 days for artisanal finishing.

• Business Days: Our logistics partners operate Sunday through Thursday. Deliveries are not typically processed on Fridays or Public Holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address:

• Dhaka City (Intracity): A flat rate of BDT 80.

• Outside Dhaka (Intercity): A flat rate of BDT 150.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or Email containing a Tracking ID. You can monitor your package’s journey through our partner courier’s portal.

5. Secure Packaging

Given the delicate nature of our "frosting" embroidery and silk fabrics, all Ri Clothing items are shipped in:

• An inner protective dust bag.

• A reinforced, weather-resistant outer shipping box to prevent crushing or moisture damage during transit.

6. Delivery Policy & Failure

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

• Attempted Delivery: Our couriers will make up to two attempts to deliver your package. If unsuccessful, the item w+1ill be returned to our studio, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

• Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging. If the security seal is broken or the box is severely damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our concierge immediately at reachout@riclothing.com. Alternatively, call us at +88 01755 633 955.
