• Sleeve Length: This is measured from the shoulder seam down to the wrist bone. Standard women's tailoring increases this by about 0.5" per size to account for longer arm reach in larger frames.
   

• Garment Waist: For an "Office Top" or "Blazer," the garment waist is typically 2–3 inches larger than the body waist to allow for comfortable sitting and layering over a blouse.
   

• Shoulder Width: For the XXS, XL, and XXL sizes not in your original list, the standard increment is 0.5" per size. This is the most critical measurement for a blazer; if the shoulders fit, the rest can usually be tailored.
